BLIMEY, MATE!

'ERE'S A RIGHT BLOOMIN' GO!

Note the reading displayed on the roller curtain of this ancient double-decker......I had NO IDEA whatsoever that the BALTIMORE TRANSIT COMPANY rostered buses from this manufacturer......<G>

A truly classic lineup of vintage coaches at the Victoria Coach Station in 1960; again, like the USA, there was still a great and diverse variety of motorcoaches to be seen in service.

The "MIDLAND RED" coach in the foreground is particularly handsome.

The windshield is somewhat reminscent of the postwar TWINS.....

Fearsome, tough-looking coaches like this formidable 1950's LEYLAND certainly were vehicles NOT to be trifled with.....

The windshield treatment of this sleek 1960 AEC "RELIANCE" reminds me somewhat of that used on the ACF-BRILL IC-41, but on a far more modest scale......
