The Jackson Heights garage of Fifth Avenue Coach was on Northern Blvd.& 77St. It was a simple one-story red brick building built in 1925 when Rts, 15 & 16 started. It was closed by MABSTOA in 1963 a year after takeover (routes transferred to 54St., Manhattan). The garage was demolished and replaced by a QUEENS COUNTY SAVINGS BANK surrounded by a large customer parking area. The bank is still there. |

I think it may have been a car dealership until the bank was built. |
