I had an opportunity yesterday to make a quick stop in Binghamton to check out Broome County Transit. Due to construction downtown, the 'B.C. Junction' transfer center has been moved several blocks east to a temporary location, which is where I photographed one of the bus meets (BC Transit buses operate on a 'pulse' scheduling system).
BC Transit's fleet consists of 15 Orion V's from 1996 (#501-515) and 23 Orion VI's from 2000 (#801-823), plus an unknown number of used 1996-97 Orion VI's from Albany's CDTA (numbered in the 200 series). Good angles for photography were tricky, but I caught a lineup of BCT's own O6's at the Junction plus ex-CDTA unit #208.
