Well, the overly swell-headed "Boulevardiers"(again) won, but at least the Mets ALSO won, and a nice lottle win for them, to "sweeten the pot".....Wink

(for a change, HAPPY fans going home on the #7 trains!) Very Happy

And once again box in the "AYF" brigade . . . again, just like my cat with that arthritic, bad-hearted dog.

"Noo Yawk" baseball "nooze" for Monday (IT'S A BLOODBATH!)".............

All I am going say is, that the arrogance-level of the "AFY" brigade just hit new heights, given the fact that the "can't win for losin'" Mets were DEMOLISHED this evening, to the gleeful hand-rubbing glee of ever-vengeful "Boulevardier" fans..............

"Noo Yawk "baseball" nooze" for Tuesday......

From the scores I just glimpsed, it's pretty much "rinse and repeat" from last night......... Sad

I'm sure 'AYF's' are sneering at that and asking, "Who do they think they are - the 'Boulevardiers'?"

Which reminds me: The "Boulevardiers" won again last night. Only the Mets' win earlier kept the head-in-the-clouds "AYF's" at bay once again.

Thankfully, the Mets DID win last night, thus robbing the "AYF" brigade of further rabid "how-big-we-are" arrogance........ Wink

"Han-ikker-bokker" parade coverage..............

Saw several specially emblazoned "BIG BUS" double-deckers in the parade, upper decks hammed.

Also, glimpsed several dozen spectators who were crowded into the roof the historic IRT headhouse at Bowling Green

Profound statement, indeed:

From various news reporters and fans:

",,,,,the Knicks are the one team that brings ALL New Yorkers together............."

Just like the "Boulevardiers" and the Mets......... Rolling Eyes
