Syracuse had owl service on major routes including the ones serving the Solvay Works and the Minoa yards of the New York Central. |

I'd throw in International Railway Company of Buffalo, New York (although I'm not certain but they were a large outfit serving a vast area with plenty of 24/7 industry and were a premier Mack customer).
Of course, this was in the days of yore.

According to Buffalo's Historic Streetcars and Buses, Buffalo had owl service on 18 routes when it ended in 1962. |
