Attached is an interesting article taken from the July/September 2000 issue of Motor Coach Today - a publication of the Motor Bus Society - and spotlights a little known special bus service provided by the Department of Defense in the nations capital.
Apparently, the information contained in the report was culled from official records generated decades ago and as to whether the service still exists is unknown to this writer.

Very interesting, Mr. 'L'. The part about not using government vehicles for social or non-government purposes must have wrong a bell with those complaining of the Secret Service buying that expensive pair of motor homes to transport the 'Prez' and opposition candidate on their jaunts..  |
